Hanley/Hill/Gonzalez FOR Fielder/McCann/Jeter?

Postby sox 06 » Mon Mar 22, 2010 10:06 pm

EDIT: I rejected the initial trade, but then he offered this one. I'd be getting a replacement for Hanley and Gonzalez.

This has been proposed to me, I hate to lose Hanley, but should I accept or reject?

No. I would hate to see the left side of your infield with Yunel Escobar and Casey Blake, hurts my eyes.

I cringe every time I see Blake at 3B, but there's no other options on the WW. If I could upgrade at 3B through a trade, would you make the trade for Fielder/McCann?

No thats not a good trade for YOUR team. Soto will be solid so you don't need McCann. keep your solid two infielders

I suppose, what kind of 3B does the owner with Fielder/McCann have?

That's about as gross as your situation. I think you should just play it safe and try to get a 3b without having to get Hanley involved.

why why why. what is your reasoning behind posting this?
you trade away your middle infielders and replace them with lopez and escobar?
even if you made that trade what are you gonna do with soto? he would then be the most expendable person on your team but im sure plenty of teams would love to pick him over because of the scarcity at that position.
you already have a bonafide 1b.

reject in a heart beat
