Advice on a trade?

With Nate Mclouth apparently sharing time with Cabrera i figured to trade him away.

This is what i did.

I traded Nate McLouth and Ricky Romero for Alex Rios and Ryan Dempster. I like Rios and if he is starting, i figuring he can give me more stolen bases, which is something i need.

So, my team looks like this right now.

Looking to snag another SB guy, so i dropped Chris Iannetta as well. Right now i have Brett Gardner, Everth Cabrera, and Dexter Fowler on my waiver radar. who would be the best option.
