Really the top 5 out of this group could go in almost any order, they are really close value wise. If you need a position or bat/arm more I'd go that route.

The last spot is pretty hard so I'll name 3 depending on what you value/need
D. Gordon - could be great SS for sb but is far away
M. Saunders - very good all around player, ignore his small sample size last year
C. Friederich - not sold entirely since he was in the low minors and the coors factor, personally I might go Moore over him if you can afford to wait

note: Westmoreland would be somewhere in the mix but I'm really unsure about his recent surgery to go out and risk taking him.

A bunch of those guys have pretty low upside. They project to be MLB regulars, but most have limited ceilings. For hitters, I like Norris and Chisenhall by far (unless you want some low power slap hitters, but I devalue them), and for hitters it is Turner, followed by Friederich, then everyone else.

If I added Tyler Matzek and Jacob Turner to the list, would both of them be at the top???

Turner is already on the list, but if you added Matzek, those two would be my top pitchers. I like Turner more, personally.

For hitters, I still stand by what I said - Norris and Chisenhall have the highest fantasy upside, although Sano could be something special but you'll have to wait 3+ years.
