Alfonso Soriano for Mike Adams?

I play in a 30 man, 12 team, 8x8 H2H keeper league and was just offered an interesting trade.

I picked up Mike Adams right after our draft last night and evidently one of the other managers was looking to pick him up as well. Today he offered me Alfonso for Mike Adams.

A couple questions:

1) Would you do the trade?
2) Will Soriano bounce back this year?
3) Will Bell get traded (putting Mike Adams inline for saves)?
4) Will Adams have enough value just as a setup man for Holds/ERA/WHIP/K help?

I make this trade. Adams is really only a speculative hold because of the trade possibilities of Heath Bell. I don't really see Soriano completely bouncing back but he should be more serviceable than a setup man who could become a closer in the year as there are so many other guys who fit that same mold.
