Deal A.) Give: Bartlett, McCutchen, Derek Lowe -- Get: Rollins, Bruce, Billingsley

Deal B.) Give: Bartlett, McCutchen, Jorge De La Rosa -- Get: Rollins, Lind, Billingsley

so really, do I move Lowe to get Bruce or move the "better" De La Rosa but reel in Lind?

Deal B. Lind is much better then Bruce... while De La Rosa is better then Lowe, the gap isnt as great as Lind over Bruce.

If you are going to give up McCutch, get the best combo....that is B.

Option B.

Lind is clearly better than Bruce and your giving up a solid bat in McCutch. I would even go as far as saying it seems like you are getting a reduced Lind in option B. Cheaper is always better, yea?
