Derrek Lee for Carlos Quentin? whir

I've been offered D. Lee for my Quentin in a 16-team Keeper. Quentin of course, is much younger and he's been hot this spring. But is Lee a lock for 90, 25, 90, .290 ? Either one would probably be riding my bench out of the gates this year.
