Who are the best 3-4 of this list in 5x5?

Matusz, Masterson, and Rzepczynski are the ones I'd look at. Matusz has the K rate and perhaps the better command, which will put him a leg up over the other two. Masterson and Rzep are groundball specialists who can post a really respectable K rate on the side as well.
