I'd go with the Utley side. I won't go as far as to say Jeter and Ortiz are done (they're not), but Utley is clearly the best player in the deal. Johan will still be more than useful, but not the definitive #1 he once was either.

I wouldn't say Jeter, Ortiz, and Santana are done, but they are very strong regression candidates.

Agreed with Johan, somewhat agree with Ortiz but is still useful for a .260 BA and 25 HR. In Jeter's case, even if he regresses, odds are good he'll still play up to value. He manages to get on base frequently and given Girardi's penchant to green light baserunners, I think he can still steal 20 bases and is normally a good bet for a .300+ average.
