So, I'm in a deep 20 team, 25 keeper dynasty league. Our keepers were officially locked in yesterday afternoon and several e-mails were sent out warning teams of the impending deadline. However, one team failed to select any keepers for his team. He has made a couple trades this off-season and had said that he wants to return for the upcoming season, so I'm not prepared to drop him at this point. That said, the league feels there should be some sort of penalty here (he has yet to come on and give a reason for missing the deadline, so I have no idea if something serious came up that could possibly allow us to overlook it).
So, the question is, what do you think a suitable penalty would be? The guy did have only 26 players to choose his 25 from, so it probably would have been a simple process to decide who his 25 were. We have a 5 round supplemental coming up so it could potentially be a draft pick, but the team was already pretty bad last year (he finished 15th out of 20). So, I don't know, what would be fitting here?
