Artful: good point.

What order would you rate those three 2B?

I put Pedroia a little bit over the other two. Cano/Phillips is a wash IMO. Cano will hit for higher AVG, Phillips will run more. They should be close in R, HR, RBI.

Pedroia would be first on my list. Plenty of runs, a 15/20 candidate, and he was a bit unlucky last year in terms of batting average.

Personally, I'd go with Cano over Phillips. Solid R/RBI totals and even though Cano doesn't walk as much, he tends to be a high-contact hitter.

Over Hanley? Probably not. Over ARod? Sure.

Braun will hit for a higher average, more HRs. Everything else is esentially a wash. The only real edge that A-Rod has is position scarcity. Braun has more upside and a far better keeper value.

3B is more shallow than 2B this season. I actually like the depth at 2B, however I usually fill it with a 2nd or 3rd tier option between rounds 4-6. Your 3B options in that range isn't pretty. A-Rod should be the slam dunk #3 option in most (if not all) formats. It's Braun and Utley that are interchangeable to me (unless you only start 3 OF'ers).

Right, but there are clearly less top tier 2B's this draft. At the #3 overall, you may want to take one of them.
