Over Hanley? Probably not. Over ARod? Sure.
Braun will hit for a higher average, more HRs. Everything else is esentially a wash. The only real edge that A-Rod has is position scarcity. Braun has more upside and a far better keeper value.

3B is more shallow than 2B this season. I actually like the depth at 2B, however I usually fill it with a 2nd or 3rd tier option between rounds 4-6. Your 3B options in that range isn't pretty. A-Rod should be the slam dunk #3 option in most (if not all) formats. It's Braun and Utley that are interchangeable to me (unless you only start 3 OF'ers).
Right, but there are clearly less top tier 2B's this draft. At the #3 overall, you may want to take one of them.
