16 Team 6 Keeper 30 Man Rosters H2H League 6th Season

Starting Lineup: 1-C, 1-1B, 1-2B, 1-3B, 1-SS, 1-MI, 1-CI, 4-OF, 1-DH, 1-U, 5-SP, 3-RP

Keepers: Hanley Ramirez, Big Tex, Braun, Miggy Cabrera, Longoria, Holliday

The offer for my first round pick which is the 1st pick of the draft is as followed:

1st Round (1st overall)

for

1st round (5th overall)
2nd Round (26th overall)

The available players that I am looking to draft with the 1st pick would be Hamels, Billingsley, or Ubaldo. There is a chance one or more of them will drop to me if I accepted the trade plus I would get the extra second round pick. Thoughts? WHIR as always! Thanks!!! ;-D

I think you answered your own question. If you would be fine with either Hamels Billingsley or Ubaldo at #1 and you still think you could get one of them at #5 I would say definitely go for it.

You will still get a guy you wanted and will have 2 picks in the second round which I like.

You have some stacked keepers btw.

Beyond just the players you are looking at, who are the BEST talents, period, available? If some serious talent isn't being kept because a team is too stacked, I wouldn't. I don't think it matters too much, though, your keepers are stacked.

Mehh... I think I would hold off on the trade, unless you are absolutely confident one of Ubaldo, Hamels, Nolasco, or Billingsley will fall to you. Even if one does fall, I doubt it will be the one I'm highest on (Ubaldo). Would you be okay with taking Weaver or a hitter with the #5 pick? If you aren't, I wouldn't trade your first pick.
