help a rookie please

Hello, this is my frist year playing fantasy baseball and I have a copule questions. My league scoring is the following :

14 teams roto , with batting (AVG), Runs Scored (R), stoeln bases (SB), home runs (HR), runs batted in (RBI), On base pct (OPB) for pitch earned run average (ERA), walks plus hits per innings pitched (WHIP), saves (SV), strikeouts (K), wins (W), Quality starts (QS)

1. How many relivers should I draft?

2. How many relivers should I play at a given time?

3. For bench postions what should I be looking to do? ex: Should i be looking at pitching or postion players

4. Also for bench should i be looking to fill in spots that seem to be weak like maybe pick up a guy who steals ect. or should I be looking for prosepcts

5. Should I be drafting best player available?

6. Should I be drafting pitches later then other players?
