first time fantasy baseball owner

First of all, this is my first time owning a baseball team, i have only done football leagues before. that being said, any help is useful, i am in a 12 team rotisserie league, (R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, W, SV, K, ERA, WHIP) I think i am quite strong in my batters, but weak in pitching. here is my roster.

I dont quite get the innings pitched limit, (1250 innings.) should i start my pitchers each day they pitch, or just go with the best ones. i believe i have the depth to maybe make a trade for a quality starter, any help is greatly appreciated. thank you.

You have a very solid offense as you said. Your pitching has a lot of youngsters and risky guys. If they all pan out, you will probably run away with the league. If they don't you will need to trade some of the offensive depth for pitching or watch the waiver wire for this year's Willis (there's a few every year).

First i think you should look to trade one of your 2nd basemen. mabey for a power outfielder or a K Pitcher.

castillo is my only player with 2B eligiblity, maybe you mean one of my 3B, i have, ensberg, cabrera, and lowell there, i also want to start crawford, between him, pierre, and suzuki i should run away with sb's, maybe move b. giles for a quality starter.
