Roberts or Figgins

Postby cnasty » Tue Mar 16, 2010 1:33 am

I need a 3B and a 2B so position does not matter here. Clearly Roberts originally was the favorite here before we have heard of this injury. I am very scared that this Roberts thing will have him in and out of the line up all year long. Which guy do you prefer and why?

I'll say Roberts in spite of the injury. I think leaving LAA significantly hurts Figgins' value. He'll likely run less and score fewer runs in a less potent offense. And he's no sure thing to stay healthy either.

the question really doesn't make sense. roberts and figgi play totally different positions. and we need more information. post your league format and your entire roster.

I said i need both so dont get wat position matters but its a points cbs league. 3 year keeper league, this is our 2nd year and we keep 8 players. I got lucky with some of my picks last year as tulo grienke and j upton are all valued way higher this year than last year. Scoring system is normal set up points for runs rbis & walks.. 2 for steals ... 1 for each total base on a hit and lose a half of a point for a k. This is my roster, and from wat u see I will not keep roberts or figgins next year. Also 9 3b are kept and 7 2b....
