Team Defense?

Is there a consensus top 5 or so team defense? Obviously I take ballpark and run support into consideration, but what about the D?

are there any sites which rank team defense from last season? or maybe even projected strong defensive teams for this upcoming season?
i was wondering about team defense when ranking pitchers. obviously an error might not matter for something like ERA, but it could allow an inning to continue which effect other things like WHIP/W/IP

That's what I was assuming, but when he started talking about "east coast" and then "white sux" my head started spinning and I felt kinda dizzy.

Can the Padres get on this list? Or are they too East Coast?

I think he meant that the bias is in the fact that when someone says "Sox" -- everyone thinks Red Sox. He was pointing out the White Sox exist too. I think the Phillies have a nice D myself.

Phillies good D? sure. Top 5? nah. Holes defensively at 1B, LF (not that those are premium defensive positions, but still...). And I'm not too sure about Polanco at 3B... it's been a while since he's played there....
