Need Help Ranking these Pitchers

Im planning on taking a pitcher with my first pick in my Dynasty League. I have a list of pitchers im targeting but im looking for some advice in how to rank them.

Tyler Matzek
Casey Kelly
Jacob Turner
Christian Friedrich
Matt Moore
Mike Montgomery
Jennry Mejia

Jacob Turner - huge upside, no real negatives besides being a H.S. SP
Tyler Matzek - huge upside, coors
Casey Kelly - good upside/no real risk-good floor, but AL East
Matt Moore - huge upside, but control is a true concern even with his improvement, also AL East
Jennry Mejia - really good upside, but his secondary pitches are sorely lacking ... most likely to be a RP of anyone in this list
Christian Friedrich - good upside, but again coors
Mike Montgomery - good upside, but not as much as everyone else

Christian Friedrich (95 w/ 1 plus secondary and a poor CH)
Tyler Matzek (97 w/ 1 plus secondary)
Jennry Mejia (97 with average secondary)
Mike Montgomery (94 with average secondary)
Matt Moore (94 with 1 plus secondary)

Velocity and secondary pitches is certainly not the be all end all for ranking pitchers, but I do find this helpful information to know. As Hybrid said, knowing that Kelly has two plus secondary offerings means that his floor is much higher than the others. Also, to a large extent, you can't teach speed.
