Sizemore Deal in Keeper League - Help Quick, WHIR

Hey cafe folks, 12 team, H2H, standard stat, 9 keepers per year league.

I thought my keepers were solid and I was ready to draft but then I got another manager asking about a trade.

Here are my 9 keepers:
M Cabrera (1B - Det)
B Phillips (2B - Cin)
R Zimmerman (3B - Was)
D Jeter (SS - NYY)
R Braun (OF - Mil)
M Holliday (OF - Stl)
J Upton (OF - Ari)
G Sizemore (OF - Cle)
J Santana (SP - NYM)

The trades which are being discussed are:
G Sizemore for J Lester
G Sizemore and B Phillips for J Lester and D Pedroia

Here are his potential keepers (as I see them):
V Martinez (C - Cle)
K Morales (1B - LAA)
D Pedroia (2B - Bos)
P Sandoval (3B - SF)
B Zobrist (SS - TB)
J Ellsbury (OF - Bos)
J Bay (OF - NYM)
J Lester (SP - Bos)
D Haren (SP - Ari)

He also has C Carpenter (SP - Stl), J Peavy (SP - CHW) and J Lackey (SP - Bos). So he knows that he's heavy in SPs and is looking to deal one to me for Sizemore.

Help me out. Should I take the deal for Lester or am I giving up too much? I know Sizemore is of higher value but how do I get that out of this deal? Leave a link and I'll get back to you within the day for sure - thanks!

First, I like the idea of trading sizemore. Your team has a great offense and could use another top of the rotation stud.

However, I think you may be able to do a little better then Lester for Sizemore. I just did a 12 team draft this morning where Sizemore was taken late 2nd round and Lester went in the 5th. I think Sizemore is worth more something like Felix than Lester.

I do think the Lester Pedroia deal is a little closer since Pedroia will be an upgrade over Phillips for sure.

I'd say go with Lester for Sizemore. Sizemore has declined a bit, while Lester only continues to get better.

Get Lester and Pedroia. You don't need 4 OF, 2 SP is better than 1, and Pedroia>Phillips.

Keep Sizemore/Phillips, it's a h2h league my man, offense rules.

Go with the 2nd deal. Your offense is stacked and you can use some pitching. Unless there will be some big name pitchers available in your draft.
