I am looking at first pick after keepers, which we get eleven. Players have to be traded every three years. As it was, two managers did not make their trades and Youkilis and BJ Upton are on the board. I am pretty set due to eleven keepers. I have Verlander, Santana, and Peavy as pitchers.

I'd like to add to my pitching but I am thinking these guys are too much to pass up. What are your thoughts on my pick? I do have Hamilton in OF so he has risks. I am set at first and third with Longoria and Cabrera. Still, Youkilis should net me a pitcher. If not him, I will move Hamilton and play Youkilis at Util.

You have more than enough there. I also have last pick in first round, so 15th overall and two picks in 2nd round. I am thinking I can get started on my pitching with those three. Thoughts?

I would go with Youkilis and if you really want to draft a pitcher, Anderson.

You have to take Youk there over those pitching options. I never like to draft a player hoping to then trade the player to fill a hole but it sounds like that is a huge thing in your league so definitely go best player available!

Leave Upton for somebody else to draft. UNLESS thats all you need is steals and nothing else. This guy is SO overrated and everybody id doing the same thing with him that have been doing with Rios. WAITING for that breakout year that doesn't come. Another wasted pick.
