For my 3rd I didn't know whether to go tulowitzki or philips for pos scarcity and since i already have HanRam at SS, or maybe even hanson for pitcher? let me know your opinions.

I'd rather have Tulo over Phillips. With the extra MI spot, Tulo is pretty much a no-brainer.
