One final question, with this being a 7X7. How much should adjust the SP value compared to a tradional 5X5?
I know in my league, which has a 14 team, 23 man roster, 260 budget. The top five or so will go for 25 to as high as MAYBE 35, after that, you can pick up nice SP options for a relative bargain compared to hitters.

That's one reason why I continue to try to talk myself into the Zobrist deal ,even though everyone seem to be in agreement that I should go for Grienke. That and my man-crush for Hansen, LOL.

Greinke is in the top 5, he is worth about $30 in your league style it sounds like. Therefore Greinke at $11 is a better bargain than Hanson at $6 (he wouldn't go for more than $20).
