Quick help with draft

Postby rails80 » Thu Mar 11, 2010 7:29 pm

We're in the first round of our supplemental draft for the dynasty league in my signature. I'm thinking I need to draft a 2B to fill in the space until Roberts or Sanchez comes back from injury. The best available: Aki Iwamura, Luis Castillo, Adam Kennedy, Mark Ellis...

I'm leaning towards Iwamura batting near the top of the Pirates lineup as most of the others on the list will be batting in the bottom third. Any thoughts?

Or, does anyone think I should forgo a 2B and go for some other position? To give an idea, the best available overall, to me, are: Aubrey Huff, Daniel Murphy, Aaron Rowand

Arms: Paul Maholm, Michael Wuertz, Darren O'Day, Octavio Dotel

It's a 20 team H2H, 6x4 with 15 man farms (anyone fitting "rookie" status)

Thanks - leave a link.

If Dotel is there, I'd snatch him up. He can be the most valuable of your draft pool if he manages to keep the Bucs' closing job for most of the season.

Agree on Dotel. You can wait to fill in your other hole. Get your value now.
