Which of These Prospects Should I pick

I am in a 20 team yahoo h2h dynasty league. I have the 9th pick. Before each season we have a rookie/fa agent draft. Basically we just draft players that have been added for the new season. So far in the draft jason heyward, stephen strasburg, carlos santana, desmond jennings, pedro alvarez dustin ackley and mike stanton have been drafted respectively. With my pick I am thinking of getting either jesus montero, justin smoak or aroldis champan. Which of these 3 should I pick and why>?

Montero. Highest cieling and there doesn't seem to be much chance of him not doing well.

Smoak #2. seems like more of a known commodity than Montero, but lower cieling

I would probably take others over Chapman. pitchers flame out to often
