Minor League Draft Help

ok, im coming up on my last minor league draft pick for my $$ dynasty league, and could use some opinions on who to take...its a full-blown dynasty with no contracts, we can keep all our guys forever...same goes for our minor leaguers, but once theyre promoted to our active roster they cant go back to the farm...no limit to the number of prospects we can have, but this is the only time we can add prospects, with a 3 round draft each year...so far my picks this year are tyler matzek(1.12), jared mitchell(2.9), and casey crosby(2.12)

I'm torn between Tate and Decker. Depends on if you can sit on Tate long enough for him to develop.
