My first Roto Type Team

Granted, it's a yahoo public league, so there were some odd things. Like the Angels fan drafting Percival, F. Rodriguez, Donnelly, B&J Molina in the first 5 rounds.

Anyway, I think I've got a decent team, but I'm not too familiar with Roto so I don't know if what I think my players will produce is enough to win or if I'm underestimating what it takes to win various categories.

Oh, I had 12th pick btw.

2B: TBA. I have Reyes who'll be eligible in a bit. i'll pick up someone like Loretta, Roberts/Hairston, Alomar before the season starts to tide me over till Reyes is eligible.
SS: Tejada (4)
3B: Rolen (6)
OF: Beltran (1)
OF: Guerrero (2)
OF: B. Giles (7)
UT: Ensberg (15) or Crawford (14), depending on if I need Power or Speed.
BE: Klesko (1B/OF), Gibbons (OF), M. Cabrera (3B/OF)

SP: Schilling (3)
SP: Oswalt (8)
RP: Rhodes (9) Probably too early. Oh well.
RP: Mantei (12)
P: Morris (10)
P: Garcia (16)
P: Kolb (20)
BE: Myers (19)

I feel like I'm kinda week in terms of depth at SP and RP. I'd really like a good closer to pair with Mantei and Company. There is hope there since one guy has Gagne, Smoltz, Rivera, Hoffmann. So there's potential for a trade there.

I also kinda just noticed that Contreras is available on Waivers and since i had last pick I'm first on WW, but not sure who I wanna drop to pick him up. Maybe Myers.

I'd also like to improve my 1B but maybe Teixeira can hold the fort. Is .280/100/35/100 too much to expect from him?

Teixeira should have a nice season and your expectations aren't too high. If you want to upgrade at SP or RP, try trading Cabrera who is great trade bait as you've got OF and 3B filled and maybe the guy needs a better 3B
