Chapman vs Strasburg draft position in Keeper league....

I am in my 5th Season in a 10 team H2H keeper league. We keep 4 hitters 3 pitchers and 1 franchise player that can be either. My keepers going into the draft are
1. (6) Jason Bay OF
2. (15) Ryan Howard 1B & UT (which we have only 1 of)
3. (26) Ian Kinsler 2B
4. (35) Adam Lind OF
5. (46) Heath Bell RP (2 SP, 2 RP, 3 P)
6. (55) Dan Haren SP
7. (66) Edwin Jackson SP
8. (75) Miguel Cabrera 1B & UT

I my team tanked in the first round of the playoffs thus I get to draft 6. One of my goals is to make sure I leave the draft with one of the young pitching phenoms either in Stephen Strasburg or Arodlis Chapman. What round can I expect them to move off the board and being and our 1st round is really the 9th round in most drafts. H 2 H Keeper on yahoo 12 teams

I would expect either one to go in 2nd or 3rd round. Somebody may even reach in the 1st, especially since the National's coach hinted at Strasburg starting the year in the majors. Chapman may pitch his way into the 5th spot of the rotation, but keep in mind he pitches his home games in Great American Ballpark and Dusty Baker loves to overwork young arms.
