Closer toss-up, help me decide! WHIR

I need a closer and these are the best two options. Who would you pick and why?

Chad Qualls - Ari
Frank Francisco - Tex

I am leaning towards Qualls because he has much less competition for his job and plays in the NL whereas Frank has injury concerns, CJ Wilson and Neftali Feliz to contend with. And he pitches in Texas.....Thoughts?

I like Qualls better, provided that his knee holds up and it seems like it has thus far.
