draft advice for 10 team h2h 8x8

Hello fellow cafe members. I'm looking for some advice on my upcoming h2h draft. The league is 10 teams, re-draft, snake style. We have 8 offensive and 8 pitching categories. We have narrowed it down from a ludacris 21 total categories last year. I've put up a fight on having so many categories, but it mainly fell on deaf ears. Anyways...

Offensive:
TB/R/HR/RBI/SB/AVG/Walks/K (-)

Pitching:
W/SV/Whip/ERA/K/CG /Walks (-)/HR (-)

A few other tidbits that you may need. We have minimum innings pitched @ 20/week.

C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 3 OF, Util

SP, RP, RP, P, P

9 Bench spots + 1 DL spot

I have the #4 pick. WIth the pitching categories the way they are, how far should I move up Timmah, Greinke, and King Felix? I've also thrown out the option to my fellow leaguemates that I'd be willing to swap drafting positions with someone in order to move down into the 8-10 range. Would this be a wise decision?
