Hey, this is a first for me. I have always been fairly successful in the H2H format, but this year the commish is changing it up a little and doing strictly points. Do any of you have experience with this system. WHIP always. P.S. From what it looks like to me, batters are much more valued than pitchers and power bats are even more valued.

Yeah, with this points system, it looks like pitchers aren't worth much.
I play mostly in points leagues, and I am trying something new this year. I created a spreadsheet with projected stats for each player and added our points system to get the projected points, then I used that to rank the players. I think this will keep me from chasing the appeal of power, or speed, or whatever and focus on how many points the player is projected to provide, because in a points league, a point is a point, it doesn't matter how they come by it.
