Garrett Jones
Derek Lowe

I get:
Roy Oswalt
Rick Ankiel

Currently, Derek Lowe is my number 3 pitcher behind Verlander and Johnson (yes, it's that bad), and Garrett Jones is my UTIL, and would be replaced by Podsednik or someone from the wire.

Thoughts?

I should add, my other SPs are Dice-K, Latos, Holland and Cahill, which is why I'm seriously considering this trade, even if I have to drop Ankiel as soon as it passes.

Oswalt, though aging, is still an upgrade to your pitching and by the looks of it you could use that. You aren't giving much up either. I'd keep an eye on Ankiel though if you have the room.
