Return to Draft, Trade, Keeper and Waivers Questions

In my keeper league, we have minor league rosters to go along with our regular roster. I have Stephen Strasburg and I was offered this for him:
Cameron Maybin
Yonder Alonso
Austin Jackson
Mike Moustakas
Dayan Viciedo
Eric Young Jr.
Tyson Gillies
Is it worth trading Strasburg for all of these prospects? I'm looking for quality over quantity and I don't want to lose Strasburg and he then blows up like Tim Lincecum did.

I would assume you would have to dump out a bunch of players to take on that many...not that throwing lots of stuff for one guy is worthwhile though.
Just because he is offering a bunch doesn't mean it's all quality. Reminds me of a trade someone was offered in one of my other leagues where we get 5 keepers - guy was offered 8 guys for 2 and told to keep from that. It wasn't necessarily a huge upgrade getting the larger chunk of players compared to what he was giving up, and then he still would lose 3 of the guys he acquired.
Cliffs Notes - no way.
