Keeper League - Matt Garza/Chris Carter - advice requested

League is AL-only, Roto, 4x4, keeper/dynasty, 12 people, auction starts with $260 followed by 6-round minor league draft.

I am rebuilding for 2011 and beyond.

I have been offered the following:

I give up Matt Garza (at $7 for one year, or $12/yr if I keep him for the next two years), a first round (12th overall) draft pick, chris tillman ($4), and trevor cahill ($8)

for

Chris Carter ($4 - prospect on Oakland), a first round (4th overall) draft pick, ryan kalish.

I guess the question I'm asking is: how high are you on Chris Carter? Which current major leaguer do you think he'll resemble?
