I would take Crawford. that would solidify your OF, and considering the drop off in it, you would probably want another good one to start. plus, you already have 3 great aces, and theres always good pitchers later in drafts to fill that out. also, with all the players you listed that should be drafted before your next pick at 14, one of the pitchers you listed should be available, so having a wandy or porcello or best case scenario kershaw to round out your staff would be solid.

Quentin scares me a little because of his injury history but if healthy can put up some numbers. I like Dunn as well and he qualifies at first too. There is no way Crawford goes below the third or fourth pick.I am leaning toward Halladay.I have the third and fourth picks in the second round. If Brian McCann was there would you take him over Quentin or Dunn? What two would you take with those picks? I would like to hear from more of you. Thanks to those that did reply.

I would be somewhat skeptical of Quentin as well, but risk/reward benefits would pay off I'm sure. McCann would be the final piece to that monster of an offense, and I've always found that having a better offense and a moderately good pitching staff will win more often than not. So Halladay with the first pick then OF/McCann with the next two and you have a very, VERY solid team.

Would you take Heyward that early and maybe Kershaw with the next second round pick? I don't have a thrird round but I have a fourth ,fifth and two six round picks. Picks five and my first sixth round pick back up to each other. I thought since I would have a solid starting rotation IF I got Kershaw and drafted Halladay I could focus on hitting for the next several rounds. Too soon to take Strausburg in the second round? Thoughts?
