I'm in a 10-team 5x5 that starts the standard 13 bats and 9 P slots (no SP/RP designation). We have 6 bench spots and 3 DL slots, and there is no IP maximum for the season. I'm wondering if it would be best to weigh pitching a little more heavily in our upcoming draft to make sure I get a deep staff (say 8 of the top 50 SP's or so), and fill up my bench with SP's to swap in and out to rack up K's and W's. Thoughts?

If you don't have a move limit you should always be on the look out for really good matchups off the wire.
Here's the pitch on the way, a swing and a belt! Left field! Way back! BLUE JAYS WIN!

the reasoning is that the stud pitcher makes up a smaller portion of your total innings which gives him less value.
I like this approach. Start heavy with hitters, then go heavy with the pitchers midway through. It means you'll have enough good pitchers to keep your ratios solid, while still competing in the offensive cats.
K's and wins are just two cats, don't crush the rest of your team just to win those two.
