ya im pretty set on taking the 4 starters i think that ill be able to grab some saves in the draft and hopefully pick up someone through the season

You lock up tough positions, multi category guys and young pitchers with upside.
This is the way I would go also with Lackey being a little expendable if you wanted to go another way.
