My first ever fantasy team

So, a friend of mine dragged me into his fantasy baseball league, but up until now I have never even thought about playing. Nonetheless I gave in, paid my 25 dollars, did about a weeks worth of researching (much of it on here before registering) to do well, and drafted my first team a couple hours ago. This is what I came out with, how did I do? and how can I improve? I've received about 4 trade offers already for Adam Jones.

This is being played as a standard ESPN setup with standard point values and 10 Teams.

Your offense looks very solid, you have a nice balance of speed and power there. On the pitching side, with the uncertainly of how well Strasburg will perform, I would say you could use another SP. An SP who's proven and reliable. Just out of curiosity, what offers did you receive for Jones?

Your offense looks very nice and balanced. Your weakness would probably be starting pitching, but you do have some high potential there with Kazmir and Billingsley. I would look to improve the pitching but I wouldn't be overly anxious to make a big deal before the season starts.
