Average team or better?

Seeking classic advice: do I have anything decent? where should I improve and how?

Seems to me that I have a solid bullpen and some nice trading options with Ibanez and Grissom and my backup pitchers. Thanks for the input!

Eckstein and Conine are the weak points on your team, as well as having no real closer. If you don't improve at two of those three points, you've got no more than an average team, but LeCroy or one of your young potchers might be great trade bait.
