Return to Commissioner's Corner

Sorry if this is a noob question but; I'm new to CBS FB commissioner and new to using FAAB. My league is using a hard cap of $320. I've set my FAAB budget at $1000 so we don't limit transactions with the intent that owners will still have to remain under the $320 cap. Will the winning FAAB bid become that players salary and count against the salary cap? Thanks.

We do the same thing in our league. You want to make sure you have the max team salary set for 320 so it gives you an error message when a team goes over. Yes the winning FAAB bid will become the player salary. The commish will have to add the salary to the player manually. CBS does not do that. If you use contract years, that also has to be added manually.

Thanks. Hopefully I'll get this all figured out so there aren't any problems.
