Pitching staff is very good and always gives you option to trade for offensive help if needed. Batters looks to be solid lineup. I wouldn't rush things as far as trades go. BTW, that is one heck of a trade ya got going . Was it actually accepted?!?! You make out like a bandit, it wouldn't fly in any of my leagues...lol. Good luck this season!

The other owner actually offered it to me. I told him I had interest in Manny, and he likes Garrett Jones this year, and he put the deal together. I just pushed the accept button. It's pending a league vote right now, so we'll see what happens.
I'm thinking of acquiring either Jeter or Reyes, and Ellsbury/Victorino or Vasquez. ANother owner really wants Wainwright, and I probably could get two of those above players. Which two would you choose? I'd love to get a 60 SB guy to plug into my lineup.
10 Team H2H 6x6 C- B. Molina 1B- G. Jones (Berkman) 2B- Weeks (Kinsler) 3B- Arod SS- Tejada OF- Manny OF- Ethier OF- Magglio Util- Matsui BN- C Lee DL- Beltran
Pitching is stellar, The offense is a work in progress, Molina should lose alot of time to Buster Posey, Alcides Escobar is unproven, and Ibanez and Guerrero are old and are risky
I like your team alot. Your pitchng is studly and your offense is definitely good enough to contend, especially if that Man-Ram trade goes through (I am not even that high on Man-Ram but what for you gave up for him you stole him)
I would be patient with trades. I think you can go into the season with your roster the way it is right now and contend.
Your pitching staff looks very very strong and your offense looks quite strong as well.. I agree with what was said above and hold off on trading for now, maybe if things don't go well at first look at some trades, but I think you will do well with your current lineup
Getting Manny is a great insurance for a guy like Ibanez. Loney is a good player, but he needs to work on the power before I consider him any better. He's a good backup to Berkman though.
