H2H Points Scoring Settings - HELP PLEASE!

I have always done Roto Fantasy Baseball and this is my first year setting up a H2H Points League. I am looking for some input on my scoring system:

Roster
C: 1
1B: 1
2B: 1
3B: 1
SS: 1
OF: 3
Util: 2
P: 4
SP: 2
RP: 2
Bench: 5

Scoring

Batting

1B: 1
2B: 2
3B: 3
HR: 4
R: 2
RBI: 2
SB: 3

Pitching

IP: 3
W: 10
K: 1
BB: -.5
ER: -2
SV: 5
H: -.5

Is this system balanced? If not, what are some tips that I can have to adjust my settings? Thanks!

I've also worked these settings out. They seem to be a little better.

Batting

1B: 1
2B: 2
3B: 3

R: 1.5
RBI: 1.5
SB: 2
K: -1

Pitching

IP: 3
W: 10

Your settings look pretty good. I suggest you apply your settings to last year's stats (or projected) for the top 20 ranked players using a spreadsheet. Sort my total points and see how they line up.
