Back from a 2 year Hiatus, please give me some advice

Like I said in title, I haven't played FB in 2 years, also in that span haven't been able to follow baseball nearly as closely as I had in the past. So general knowledge of how to play and win in FB I have, but current knowledge of sleepers, injuries, and other season specific stuff is lacking.

Your pitching looks a little weak to me. Blanks is a nice bench bat to have. Youk is kind of wasted at 1B. I'd look to trade either him or Aramis Ramirez for a real solid starter in the Lester/Gallardo/Jimenez range, then move Adrian Gonzalaz to first and slip Blanks into the other UTL spot. An upgrade at catcher would be nice, too. Keep and eye on Buster Posey and Carlos Santana...if either of them are called up, pounce on it.
