Joe Nathan leaves game with injury

From Rotoworld a few minutes ago:

Joe Nathan left Saturday's game against the Red Sox with an apparent injury.
Nathan struck out the first batter he faced, then proceeded to walk two batters before pitching coach Rick Anderson and a trainer went to the mound. He was at 20 pitches upon leaving the game so it's possible he reached a pitch limit. We'll keep you posted.

I picked up Neshek last night. Sure, Neshek has been out for a while but I have the feeling that the Twins will go to him if Nathan does land on the DL. Does anyone else see him closing over Guerrier & Mijares?

I would pickup Guerrier if I were you. Then Rauch, then Neshek in that order.
