I'm not sure how close they come to fitting the "Tommy Hanson" mold as they both have prior experience in the majors, but I'm going to throw Neftali Feliz and Phil Hughes out there. Both of them are fighting for a 5th spot in the rotation, and while they are both likely to start the season in the 'pen, they will put up great numbers in relief for the time being. If an injury strikes or someone struggles, either of them could step in and contribute in mixed leagues. Hellickson is an obvious favorite along with Strasburg, but I feel like everyone is already on top of these guys.
