what should my team goals be H2H 10 team?

I am trying to find out info to setup on what my team goals should be for each category? My cats are avg, ops, hr, rbi, sb, runs.

For Pitchers my cats are..... Wins, K's, Whip, QS, ERA, Saves


I think that if i can figure in a 10 team league what I would need to win traditionally each week in a head to head matchup this can give me a huge advantage.

I know there are many people on this board who probably already have thought about it or know what the goals should be. Please help me out here.

Disclaimer: I am only in one league and not with anybody else on here I am sure. Please give me your tips.

It is 10 teams.

We have 1 C, 1B,2B,3B,SS
3 OF and 2 Util Spots

1SP
1RP
6P

6 Bench spots.

With OPS and QS just tacked on, starters and sluggers will bring home the bacon. Don't overpay for the top 5 closers and don't take a speed-only guy unless you absolutely have to. For your closers, get those back-end guys who don't provide good ratios but still have solid job security.

Also, the "team goals" thing only works for roto. H2H has only a 7-day sample size which makes it extremely prone to variation, and the outcome of a matchup depends on only one competitor at a time. This is why it's next to useless to project weekly scoring. Just load up on power bats and SP even more than you usually would in H2H.

Pretty much what Neato said. Guys like Dunn, Reynolds, Uggla, and Pena get a boost in value due to the OPS as an added cat. Don't solely target these guys, but having an extra low AVG big power guy on your team will definitely help. Straight speed guys like Pierre and Morgan get knocked down since SBs is only one of 6 categories now and they'll hurt your OPS. Maybe pick one up late just to stash on the bench, but never start him.
