In a h2h dynasty league, there is a trade involving heyward and wade davis for lester and alex avila. Is this trade fair?

I don't see why not. There's a lot of speculation involved in those players. Then again, I don't veto trades unless there are signs of collusion or dumping.

Hard to say with all the "what if's" in young unproven player. I agree with the drunk monkey.

are you allowed to speculate in this league? are you allowed to take a chance on youngsters becoming superstars? it is a dynasty right? you don't need each trade to be exactly even this month or this year
Pujols wasn't even supposed to make the Cardinals roster his first year, what if someone wanted to trade a proven player for him that first few months and it was shot down because it wasn't fair? Heyward is everyones top hitting prospect right now, how to you guage what is fair for him? Clearly 1 manager is taking a chance here but isn't that the beauty of fantasy baseball, getting future stars before they become stars? Sure its not equal today but it might be a slam dunk winner for the prospects side in 2 years. you can't shoot down trades involving prospects or you might as well only trade dollar for dollar or tier for tier kind of trades then. the Heyward owner isn't going to trade Heyward & Davis for so-so players. so what if it was Billy Butler or McCutchen or Pence; would it would be ok, but Lester is too much? I don't see how you can draw the line here and run another managers team for him

Not really fair, but not worthy of a veto.
