Youngsters in Spring Training

Thought it might be nice for anyone to post how some touted prospects/rookies/young guys are doing in preseason.

Tanner Scheppers (Tex) had a nice start to his career yesterday by throwing some incredible gas - every pitch was 96 and above which resulted in 3 easy groundouts. Mike Maddux was impressed even though the kid didn't use his curve.

Sean Rodriguez (Tam) is 4-5 so far with 3 HR's and a triple.

Starlin Castro 2-4 today with a run and 1-3 yesterday

Josh Vitters 2-4 with 2 runs and 3-3 yesterday with a homerun..
