This is a 12 team -5x5- roto league, need people who are serious fantasy owners. We will be using league safe to make sure payments and payouts go smoothly. Buy-in will be $100 with payouts being:

1st place: $600
2nd place: $400
3rd place: $200

I am looking for a league almost exactly like this. Is there any history for this league as far as commissioner making/not making payouts? Any chance of unlimited moves and an extra DL spot?

To the various people who have expressed interest, I'm going to send you PM's with a league safe invite.

Heres the deal, I was in a league very similar to this last season although I was not the commissioner. It was the exact same format except instead of 100 bucks it was 80. The original commissioner has had trouble regaining interest for another league this year so I've tried searching the board for a league similar to this for the past couple weeks. I saw one or two posts that I liked but I responded to no avail. So, with the baseball season quickly approaching I decided to create a league to see if anyone else was interested in the type of league I was in last year, which I really enjoyed. I've commissioned a few leagues in high school with friends where I have paid out. I understand it might be hard for people to trust me so I decided to register with league safe. I really hope this can become a yearly league so I don't find myself scrambling around again next March for another one. I'd be more than willing to change the DL number and max moves number pending on a league vote.
