3 Cafe League, 2 Leagues with friends from home, but these 2 may or may not materialize. I think 3-4 is a solid number for me

I'm in 1 1/2 right now (helping a friend who has never played fantasy baseball before by co-managing).

I might do one more, but really paying attention and maximizing your opportunities in a daily league takes alot of work. For example, I've yet to max out my games played at Catcher, so I hope to finally get that accomplished this year!

12 team 5x5 roto cafe league...with mets, kaiser and co.
12 team 7x7 roto $100 buy-in
12 team 5x5 roto $120 buy-in
20 team 9x9 H2H $160 buy-in
12 team AL-only dynasty league...$260 buy-in then lots of money for pickups/trades/etc

I have a co-manager for 3 of the leagues which makes it much easier to keep on top of over the entire season. Should be another fun filled year, hopefully come out ahead at least a few hundred dollars.

2 but I prefer 1. Both big money leagues.

I don't think I'd waste my time with 12 team or less mixed leagues.

The point for me to play in these leagues is to watch the games and have something to root for. The more leagues you're in you kind of lose that. You start rooting for guys in one league, but against them in another. It takes away the fun for me.
