How many teams are in this league? I don't like Rios in your starting lineup. Are their any notable free agents?
Why do you have all the setup guys and one closer? You are going to get killed in the saves category. I don't think those guys hold much value unless the league has holds as a category. I would drop a couple of them and pick some young starting pitching with upside.
