Hey all, I have just been proposed this deal. I would get Hanley and Gordom Beckham AND his first round pick (second overall), I would give up Kinsler and Tulo. This is my team right now, (8 keepers), for a 7x7 (5x5 plus doubles and OBP) 10 team, MCab Prince Fielder Kinsler Longoria Tulo Markakis Kemp Wainwright
Who will be available in the draft? At first glance I would say no. You are giving up two top 15 players for a top 2 player, and a guy that is somewhere in the top 100 players.
Since keepers are not due yet, I'm not sure. But there will be guys like Justin Morn, Jason Bay, Ethier, etc. I know Beckham isn't highly regarded yet, but I was banking on him being a solid keeper.
I would do it. beckham looks to have 3rd and 2nd base eligibility and he's going to prove his worth this year. you're going to get another nice player w/ the second overall pick and the improvement from tulo to hanram is unquestionable. futhermore...tulo has a small history of being a lame duck in thefirst half while kinsler has a history of fading in the second half--even last season when he was only on the DL once? I would certainly make this trade.
I don't know how your keepers work. Will it cost you picks next year or money? If you can just pick and choose anybody then I would do it in a heart beat.
It might depend a little on how your keepers work, but I'd do it. You're definitely getting the best guy in the deal, and stand to scoop up someone who will more than make up for the Kinsler to Beckham downgrade, plus there's the chance he really breaks out this year or next.

Thoroughly agree with this assessment. You can get great talent with that #2 pick so it's worth it to get the Hanley stud at SS.
