Is Neftali Feliz worth a keeper slot? WHIR

12 team AL only 5x5 roto, auction, $260 cap, players can be kept for 3 years, 8 keepers

I am settled on my first 7 keepers. Neftali Feliz seems like the choice for my final keeper slot, but the Rangers have done a crappy job of defining his role.

Here are the guys that I have to choose from for the final keeper slot:

Neftali Feliz $5
Ryan Raburn $3
Brad Bergeson $10
Trevor Cahill $4
Fernando Rodney $5
Derek Holland $6
Tommy Hunter $1
Clay Buchholz $13

With that set of keeper to choose from I would roll the dice with Feliz and hope the Rangers put him in the rotation or as a closer.

If Buch had been cheaper, I could have seen that. Maybe.

But Feliz is an easy keeper here. Surely to goodness Texas won't waste him on setup forever. It should be more Earl Weaver than Paplebon.

Even in a vacuum I would lean toward keeping Feliz. In your specific situation it's a no-brainer.
